SHIPPING & RETURNS

DISCLAIMER From USPS: Postal Service Priority Mail® products and First-Class® packages may temporarily require more time to be delivered due to limited transportation availability as a result of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.

SHIPPING:

TameBella ships to contiguous U.S. states, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.  International shipping are available, however, arrival of shipments will be take longer. ​Please be aware that orders could arrive in multiple packages.

​

Processing Time

 

  • Orders are processed for shipment within 2-5 business days (business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays). This is not included in the estimated time frame for USPS to deliver the package.​​

​

  • A USPS Tracking Number will be sent to your email. Once transported to a USPS postal service, it may take up to 24 hours before tracking information is available .

​

  • We will not be able to provide more information than www.usps.com.(Enter your tracking number on the website and select Texting & Email Updates to receive daily updates where your package is via email or text).

​

First Class Shipping (USPS) Estimated Delivery Date: Within 6 to 10 business days for packages. International shipping is estimated between 21 to 28 days.

Priority Mail (USPS) Estimated Delivery Date: Within 3 to 5 business days for U.S. states and 15 to 25 days for international shipments. Depending on your state and cities postal services.

FREE Shipping Promotions

  • Orders qualifying for FREE or discounted shipping promotions are shipped via our Standard service only.

​

  • FREE or discounted shipping is available in the contiguous U.S. states only, and excludes Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses and oversized packages.​

RETURNS:

Can I return the product?

Yes! The product MUST be unopened and never used. Follow these steps to return:

  1. Refund/Return Request must be sent within 48 hours of delivery. 

  2. Send email to info@tamebella.com (include picture of product in the email).

  3. Subject line must say the following: RETURN Invoice # xxxxxxx First Name and Last Name. 

  4. All return shipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded.

What if the product was damanged in shipping?

We stand by our products and will replace or refund your money. The product MUST be unopened and never used. 

  1. Refund/Return Request must be sent within 48 hours of delivery. 

  2. Send email to info@tamebella.com (include picture of procduct in the email).

  3. Subject line must say the following: DAMAGED Invoice # xxxxxxx First Name and Last Name. 

  4. All returns and replacements will elvaulated on a case by case basis. Upon approval of return the return label will be provided via email. **You are required to return the damaged product within 7 days of receiving the return label.** Once the item has been received on our end, the new product will be expedited.
